Item Rental Agreement
We offer various items for rent on a daily basis, with flexible pick-up and drop-off locations. When renting an item, the renter agrees to the following terms:
- Rental Fee: Payment is required per day, based on the rental period agreed upon at the time of reservation.
- Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition as when rented. Any damage will be subject to repair or replacement costs, as determined by the item’s condition upon return.
- Late Returns: Items must be returned by the agreed-upon date. If the item is returned late, a late fee of 25% of the daily rental rate will be charged for each additional day past the return date.
- Pick-up & Drop-off: All pick-ups and drop-offs will take place at either Common Grounds Coffee Shop or Kelsey's home (exact address to be provided at a later time). Please select your preferred location when scheduling your rental.

All renters are required to sign a short lease agreement confirming their commitment to return the item by the end of the rental period and to adhere to the terms outlined above.
